Natraj Yoga Peeth- The Yoga Ashram, The Yoga Training Centre for Destined Yogis, was founded way back in March 2014 by Yogi Mukesh and others, with the view of serving the humanity by the way of Yoga and spiritualism. We are a non profit making organization with a very strong faith and believe that Life can be transformed with Yoga and Spiritualism. The Ashram is situated in the Lap of Himalaya, between Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula at Rishikesh.
Rishikesh (Uttarakhand) is well known for Yoga in the world. It’s known as the City of the Saints. Its rapidly growing as a Centre for Yoga and its practices. You can even call it a birth place of Yoga. Almost all of the famous names in annals of yoga are from Himalayas. Rishikesh, a holy city, actually a pilgrim for Hindus, is a beautiful town with the Shivalik hills all around. The holy river Ganga flows from the Himalayas through the heart of the city. Laxman Jhula is a beautiful picturesque small town situated on the bank of River Ganga and on the edges and foothills of Shivalik Hill ranges. Its a small busy town with limited population and it is always full with the tourist from round the globe who are really really interested in Yoga and Spiritualism. We help in transforming those souls whose heart beats for Yoga and through them we want to spread this to the entire Mankind. They will be the torch bearer for the future learners.
♦ Detoxification Process: We have set practices which follow in order to cleanse our students system viz Ayurveda and offer a healthy body.
♦ Pranayama: Well known breathing practices are followed in order to calm the mind and derive maximum results
♦ Hand Gestures: Mudras or hand gestures plays a pivotal role in correcting internal body ailments.
♦ Meditation: Focusing on the mind is an important part of Yoga and therefore, we lay equal emphasis on teaching proper mediation practices to help our students overcome mental stress.
♦ Bandhas: Body locks to enable better blood circulation and increased body movement, Bandhas are taught.
